Orders and Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 5-7 days for order processing.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship your orders via USPS Priority. Most items typically arrive within 1-4 days from the date of shipping.

How can I track my order?

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your items have been shipped. You can use this information to monitor the status and estimated delivery of your package.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will provide you with two options:

  1. Refund the order minus a $10 restocking fee.
  2. Reship the package to a new address for a $15 reshipping fee.

Returns and Cancellations

Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately at studiotx77@gmail.com

Can I cancel my order?

You have 24 hours from the time of placing your order to cancel it (excluding Digital Products & Downloads). Any requests to cancel orders after 24 hours will be denied. Some exceptions may apply.
